This class is designed to cover all requirements in Florida Statue 790.06 to allow you to apply for your Florida Concealed Weapon License. There will be approximately 2 hours of class time and up to 1 hour of range time. \nIN THIS CLASS WE’LL COVER: \n\nBasic firearms safety\nMechanics of semi-automatic handguns and revolvers\nHow to safely load and unload firearms\nClearing common malfunctions and stoppages\nShooting fundamentals\n\nWe provide the firearm and ammunition for this class. You do not need to bring a firearm or ammunition. \nALL STUDENTS WILL NEED: eye and ear protection and sunscreen or hat for sun protection on range. Eye and ear protection are available for purchase at the range if needed. \nWe have bottled water\, soda\, and snacks available for purchase at the range. You are welcome to bring your own to the class. \nPlease wear range appropriate attire. This includes closed-toed shoes\, t-shirt (no low-cut or short-cut shirts)\, shorts or long pants.

This Class is for you. \n  \nUnderstanding this rifle system inside and out will get you more comfortable with your rifle and get you ready for the next step. \n  \nThe AR platform better known as the AR-15 has become the Number 1 choice for many Americans as their Home Defense Firearm. Unfortunately\, there is a lot of misinformation and bad advice out there about this rifle. Come join us for this class and learn about the history of this rifle as well as why so many people rely on this platform to protect themselves and their families. Regardless of what caliber your AR fires whether you have and AR rifle or AR pistol bring your firearm with you and learn about your firearm. In the classroom you will learn how not only breakdown your weapon and clean it but you will also learn all the part names and how to choose the best attachments or add on specifically for you. On the range you will sight in (zero) your firearm so it’s ready to protect you and your family once class is over. Everyone attending will also receive a custom made Clenzoil cleaning kit to maintain their rifle as part of their tuition. \n  \nTuition: $200.00.
