This class is solely designed for the next step and using a firearm to protect yourself or your loved ones. \nClass attendance is extremely limited to only 4 ladies per class. This class is being kept small so all students can get more 1 on 1 attention than what is generally offered in other classes. \nThis class is open to all ladies 18 years young and up. If you have taken a basic pistol class and/or understand how your firearm works then please come join me for this immersive and detailed class. \nClass will begin in the classroom to discuss range safety and how the class will flow so everyone is on the same plan and fully understands the expectations for the day. We will also discuss in detail what it is to shoot defensively. There is a great deal of difference between shooting for accuracy and shooting for protection. \nClass fee is $150.00 and does include all pertinent fees. All you need to do is bring the proper equipment with you and I will take care of the range details. This class will be 6 hours long in total so please bring drinks\, snacks\, and a light lunch. We will take plenty of breaks and a 30-minute lunch as well. DESCRIPTION:Two Day course in effective\, modern gun handling and marksmanship skills for those who wish to carry a handgun for self defense.\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this event\n\n\nCombative Pistol Skills\, Two-Day \nSaturday-Sunday\, 9am-6pm \nThis is an intensive weekend course that covers all of the essential skills involved in fighting with a handgun. There is an all day session Saturday and Sunday\, 9:00am to 6:00pm. \nTopics covered in this course will include: \n• Rapid presentation from concealed carry \n• Effective gun handling techniques\, designed to work under stress \n• Rapid reloading techniques \n• High speed accuracy at close ranges \n• Precision shooting at mid-ranges \n• Shooting effectively with one hand\, with either hand \n• Fixing malfunctions rapidly and reliably \n• Proper defensive mindset\, personal tactics\, and more. \nExpect to fire about 500-600 rounds of ammunition. This course is designed expressly for the armed citizen who carries a concealed handgun\, or the plain clothes or off duty police officer. \nYou will need a good handgun\, holster\, belt\, and magazine pouch\, at least three magazines\, a ball cap and concealment garment (vest\, jacket\, windbreaker\, over shirt\, polo shirt\, etc)\, eye and ear protection\, and rain gear (we train rain or shine). A cooler with soft drinks\, water\, snacks and lunch will be needed\, for lunch on site. We will not be leaving the campus for lunch. \nYou will need a quality handgun and gear. It is a good idea to bring a second gun just like your primary\, in case something breaks on your primary gun. Please bring good quality ammunition. You will shoot better\, your gun will function better\, and you will learn faster. Leather or kydex holsters are fine—PLEASE NO flimsy nylon or cloth holsters. AIWB is allowed. Either IWB or OWB holsters are fine\, as long as they are worn concealed. \nYour primary instructor will be Tom Givens\, of Rangemaster\, assisted by other Rangemaster certified firearms instructors. \n  \nFull refunds are available until 30 days prior to class date. DESCRIPTION:NIGHT NINJA \nLOW LIGHT SHOOTING \n          This class is for intermediate to advanced pistol shooters. In class we will discuss the various light options that are available to shooters and how to choose one that fits you. We will discuss the pros and cons of using a handheld light or using a Weapon Mounted Light. \n  \nOnce on the range we will begin with dryfire practice to work on the mechanics of deploying our chosen light while drawing our firearm\, shooting\, and moving in the dark\, reloading in the dark\, how to properly scan with our light and many more topics. \n  \nSAFETY NOTE: This class is not for beginners. We will be doing dynamic techniques in the dark. You must know your firearm and its operation as well as your gear. There are no warnings for safety violations in this class\, any violation of safety hazards and you will no longer be permitted to participate in any live fire. Students that do own a handgun should plan to bring it\, along with at least 50 rounds of the appropriate ammunition.  \nCourse Fee includes student books and firearm rental\, if necessary.  \nEach student will be responsible for their own Range Fee of $30 to Gun Craft\, which will be required upon arrival.  \nOnce students are registered\, they will receive additional details pertaining to the course in an email from Eventbrite\, within 7-10 days of the class date.   \n
