This class is designed to cover all requirements in Florida Statue 790.06 to allow you to apply for your Florida Concealed Weapon License. There will be approximately 2 hours of class time and up to 1 hour of range time. \nNote: Constitutional Carry does require the same knowledge of the laws and safety\, which this class offers. \nIN THIS CLASS WE WILL COVER: \n\nBasic firearms safety\nMechanics of semi-automatic handguns and revolvers\nHow to safely load and unload firearms\nClearing common malfunctions and stoppages\nShooting fundamentals\nFlorida Gun Laws\nWhere you can and cannot carry\n\nWe provide the firearm and ammunition for this class. You do not need to bring a firearm or ammunition. \nALL STUDENTS WILL NEED: Eye and ear protection during the shooting portion; eye and ear protection are available for purchase at the range if needed. \nWe have bottled water and soda available for purchase at the range\, or you are welcome to bring your own to the class. \nPlease wear range appropriate attire.
