DESCRIPTION:This class is designed for the HOT days of Florida. Class length is only 4 hours so we can beat the heat.\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this event\n\n\nThis class is designed for the HOT days of Florida. Class length is only 4 hours so we can beat the heat before we cook like bacon on a hot AR Barrell. If you know the 4 Rules of Firearm Safety and can safely operate your rifle\, then this class is for you. Come spend 4 hours refining your skill and building your AR techniques. This class is open to all adults 18 years old and up\, class capacity is 10 students. \n  \nTraining will include: \n● Shooting on the move \n● Proper use of cover and concealment \n● Multiple target acquisition and engagement \n● Pistol Transitions \n  \nRequired Equipment: \n● AR-15\, or Carbine of your choosing \n● 3 rifle magazines and magazine pouches \n● 3 pistol magazines and magazine pouches \n● Rifle Sling\, 2 Point or Single Point. (NO HUNTING SLINGS) \n● Ammo\, 300 rounds of Rifle and 50 rounds of Pistol \n● Drinks and Snacks \n● Baseball Cap \n● Eye and Ear Protection \n● Tactical Belt or Concealed Carry is entirely up to you. \n● Enclosed shoes (No flip flops\, sandals or open toe shoes) \n● Crew neck (T-shirt) or button up shirt (No low-cut neckline or tank tops) \n● Shorts are permitted \n  \nRecommended Equipment: \n● Gloves \n● Sun Block \n● Hand Towel \n  \nCANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Eventbrite fees are non-refundable. SUMMARY:Women's Basic Pistol with Candace Calderon
DESCRIPTION:Women’s Basic Pistol \nThis 6.5-hour course teaches women the basic knowledge\, skills\, and attitude for owning and operating a pistol safely\, and includes classroom and range time learning to shoot a handgun. During this course\, the student will be exposed to easy-to-learn shooting skills\, responsible and safe gun ownership\, handling\, and storage methods. Students will complete live-fire training while on the range with a female NRA Certified Instructor in a small group of women-only. \nThis course meets and exceeds the training requirements to obtain a Florida CCW permit. A certificate will be provided upon successful course completion\, which can be used to apply for a Florida CCW permit. \nCourse topics include: \n• Introduction to Firearm Safety\, Parts\, and Operation \n• Fundamentals of Shooting \n• Introduction to Pistol Shooting \n• Safe Firearm Storage\, and Training Opportunities \nWe will provide firearms to use if you do not have one and will provide input on firearm purchase considerations and applications for use. Students that do own a handgun should plan to bring it\, along with at least 50 rounds of the appropriate ammunition. \nCourse Fee includes firearm rental\, if necessary.  \nEach student will be responsible for their own Range Fee of $30 to Gun Craft\, which will be required upon arrival. \nOnce students are registered\, they will receive additional details pertaining to the course in an email from Eventbrite\, within 7-10 days of the class date.  \nhttps://www.eventbrite.com/e/358653942597
