SUMMARY:NRA Basic Personal Protection In The Home with Orrin Fredericks
DESCRIPTION:This course covers defensive shooting skills for protection of self & family inside the home\, & firearms laws dealing with right to self defense. Course includes advanced defensive shooting skills such as flash sight picture\, point shooting\, rapid fire\, using cover & concealment\, advanced shooting positions\, etc\, but also covers strategies for home safety & responding to a violent confrontation. Prerequisites: Candidates must have taken NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course or equivalent training. This is the premier Home Defense program available. Although you can take the course with a sub-compact firearm\, I would recommend using a full size firearm.  We will be shooting approx. 300 rounds.
