This deposit is non-refundable\, but is transferable to other class offerings if the student needs to cancel. \nDESCRIPTION:\nThis class is designed for those with firearms experience who are looking to apply for their Florida Concealed Weapon License. This class is designed to cover all requirements in Florida Statue 790.06 to allow you to apply for your Florida Concealed Weapon License. There will be approximately 2 hours of class time and up to 1 hour of range time. \nIN THIS CLASS WE’LL COVER: \n\nBasic firearms safety\nMechanics of semi-automatic handguns and revolvers\nHow to safely load and unload firearms\nClearing common malfunctions and stoppages\nShooting fundamentals\nHow to clean a firearm\n\nWe provide the firearm and ammunition for this class. You do not need to bring a firearm or ammunition. \nALL STUDENTS WILL NEED: eye and ear protection and sunscreen or hat for sun protection on range. Eye and ear protection are available for purchase at the range if needed. \nWe have bottled water\, soda\, and snacks available for purchase at the range. You are welcome to bring your own to the class. \nPlease wear range appropriate attire. This includes closed-toed shoes\, t-shirt (no low-cut or short-cut shirts)\, shorts or long pants.

DESCRIPTION:Monthly Defensive Pistol Drills\nDATE: Saturday\, March 27th\nTIME: 5:00pm – 7:00pm\nCOST: $60 (includes range fee and targets)\nINSTRUCTOR: Wesley Senn with Practical Firearms Training\n→ Practical Firearms Training Instagram\nTO REGISTER: contact the instructor Wesley Senn at practicaltraining@outlook.com\n\nHeld on Friday or Saturday evenings (check this calendar for upcoming dates)\nThese two-hour sessions provide an opportunity to keep your defensive pistol skills sharp\nEach session is comprised of very specific drills focusing on a particular skill\nEvery month a new skill is presented and practiced\nSessions have a round count of 50 or less\, so you get maximum training without burning through your ammo supply\nSome examples of topics covered are: concealment drills\, home defense skills\, multiple threat scenarios\, shooting at speed and shooting from cover\n\nThis training is reserved for the intermediate level shooter. THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER COURSE. You must be able to run your gun without assistance\, to include: A very high level of safe gun handling\, loading\, unloading\, clearing malfunctions\, and drawing safely from concealment.
