One-Day course for competition pistol shooters
USPSA Grandmaster and Multi-Division National Champion Joey Sauerland is bringing the cream of his own training methods and ideologies to share in an efficient one-day course.
The course will include:
-Mindset, in training and competition
-Dry fire training, the real difference maker
-Essentials of live fire, how should I spend my limited ammo?
-Shot Calling, the MOST important skill in practical pistol shooting
-Movement training, how to do it and actually improve

(One day class covering both live and dry fire training techniques for rapid improvement and most efficient use of training time. We will cover grip and recoil management, shooting for accuracy, shot calling, transitions, vision, reducing stage times by training movement speed, movement quality, and movement efficiency. This will not simply be learning new drills, but showing you how to develop new movement skills, AND developing new drills for yourself to infinity. A small physical fitness component will also be included, intended for all levels.
