Learn the skills and responses necessary to protect your home. Much more than a shooting clinic, this course teaches the common sense solutions to make your home a less likely target. You will also learn the hard skills necessary to effectively defend your home and family if the worst does happen. Shooting skills are practiced in context with actual scenario-based training. A few of the topics covered are:

- Threat Prevention and Response
- Introduction to a Defensive Shooting
- Basic Defensive Pistol Shooting Skills
- Home Defense Pistol Selection
- Safe Firearms Storage and Access
- Live Fire Scenarios
This is a handgun only course, no long gun tactics are taught. You will need a pistol or revolver (full size handgun preferred) in good working order. Proof of prior handgun safety training is required to register. You will be expected to be capable of manipulating your handgun, to include: Loading, unloading, clearing malfunctions, and practicing impeccable safety and gun handling skills.
